These Terms & Conditions govern use of the VPAY Business website, Android application and related digital service tools by registered business/retailer users.
Account verification and wallet limits
VPAY Business may apply account-level transaction or wallet limits based on the user's verification level and the applicable product, partner and legal requirements. Displayed limits are platform configuration and should not be treated as a regulatory guarantee.
1. Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, OTPs and account access secure and for providing accurate registration information. You must use the account only for lawful business purposes.
2. Services
VPAY Business may provide recharge, bill-payment, wallet, payment, banking, financial and other enabled digital services. Availability can depend on the relevant service, operator, payment network or service partner.
3. Wallet and Payments
Wallet balances and transaction records are maintained for the account holder. A transaction may remain pending while its final status is being confirmed. Users should not submit duplicate requests for a transaction that is already pending.
4. Service Charges
Applicable charges, commissions, cashback or other commercial terms may vary by service and user configuration. The amount displayed before a transaction should be reviewed before confirmation.
5. Prohibited Use
You must not use VPAY Business for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorised transactions, abuse of payment systems, or attempts to bypass security or service restrictions.
6. Third-Party Services
Some services are fulfilled through external payment, banking, recharge, biller or technology partners. Their operational rules, availability and applicable terms may also apply to the relevant transaction.
7. Transaction Status and Refunds
Successful, failed, pending and reversed transactions may be subject to reconciliation with the relevant service network. Where a transaction is confirmed as failed after wallet debit, the applicable refund process will be followed according to the service workflow.
8. Security
VPAY Business uses reasonable technical safeguards to protect accounts and transaction information. Never share passwords, OTPs, API credentials or authentication secrets with another person.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms when services, integrations or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
